Cancellation and Refund Policy


At Lucio, we aim to provide transparent and efficient services to our customers. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be requested for our products and services.


1. Cancellation Policy

        •        Service Subscription Cancellation:

Customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time by providing written notice to help@lucioai.com, or reaching out to their designated POC.

        •        Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused days.

        •        Annual Subscriptions: Cancellations made before the subscription period ends will not be eligible for a prorated refund unless specified under a separate agreement.

        •        Demo or Trial Accounts:

Demo or trial accounts can be canceled at any time during the trial period with no associated charges.


2. Refund Policy

        •        Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are not available for services already rendered or delivered. However, a refund may be provided in the following circumstances:

        •        Duplicate payments made for the same subscription.

        •        Billing errors caused by Lucio.

        •        Refund Requests:

To request a refund, customers must email help@lucioai.com or their designated POC with details of the issue. Refund requests will be evaluated within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.


3. Non-Refundable Items

        •        One-time setup fees, onboarding charges, or customization services are non-refundable.

        •        Any charges incurred for additional services or document processing beyond agreed limits are non-refundable.


4. Changes to Subscriptions

Customers can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plans at any time. Refunds for downgrades will not be issued, but adjustments will reflect in the next billing cycle.


5. Termination by Lucio

In cases where Lucio terminates a subscription due to a breach of terms or misuse of the platform, no refunds will be issued.
